It took me years to realise what a great shop Wilko really is, but now I’m hooked and visit every time I stop by the city center.
There’s a lot of great things about Wilko, but today I’m raving about their clearance section. I’m not sure if every store has one – but it’s become my first port of call when I step through their doors. I can normally pick up a whole host of snacks for just pennies because they’re nearing their best before date. But as well as that, there’s normally a selection of goodies reduced to clear because the store no longer has room and they need to make way for new stock – even if it’s still full price on-line.
I came across these Montagne Jeunesse face masks at 50p each. They normally cost about £1 so I snapped them up in a variety of scents/flavors. So far the fudge one is my favorite and yes, it even tastes like it. I just wouldn’t recommend eating on purpose!
I usually use a face mask every week so this lot will keep me going for quite some time!
So next time you’re in Wilko – track down their clearance section! You just never know what you’ll find!
